Main Centres are within city limits of: Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), Johannesburg, Kimberley, Mbombela (Nelspruit), Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane (Pietersburg), Pretoria.
We work with a number of national couriers and courier brokers in order to find the best possible service to ship your job. If, however, your area is not covered by any of our carriers main services, alternative arrangements will have to be made.
If you selected main center shipping method at checkout, but your address is in a regional or outlying area, RapidStudio will contact you and make the necessary arrangements.
RapidStudio will send you an SMS/email when your order is ready to be dispatched to the courier. On the day you receive an order complete SMS or email from us, your order will leave RapidStudio HQ by 4.30pm that day. From that time, please observe the shipping delivery times outlined in the table above.
Please bear in mind that orders are shipped "road freight" or comparable economy service and usually take 2 to 4 days to arrive. We do not make use of public holiday, weekend, early bird or after hours services.
We are unable to deliver to mines, farms, prisons and areas deemed dangerous by our couriers.
While we try to get the best possible service from our carriers, once the parcel leaves us, it's largely out of our hands, and there can sometimes be delays, especially around remote or outlying hubs.
If you would like to change your delivery address after you have placed your order, please do the following:
- Make sure the order has not been sent out for delivery
- Add the shipping address to your list of shipping address on this page: My Addresses
- Send an email to requesting the change of delivery address on the order in question
- Phone our offices to make sure we got your email and will be able to change the delivery address in time
